Delivery Policy

At Insomnia Tabs UK, our mission is to deliver your order safely and promptly. Please review our Delivery policy to understand how we handle and process your medicine to get it delivered to your doorstep. 

Delivery Framework

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your order, we strive to process it to dispatch within 24hours.
  • Delivery Timeline: We are committed to delivering your order within 2-5 working days. Delivery time is framed between Monday and Saturday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Our delivery service is not active during public holidays and Sundays. 
  • Same-Day Delivery: For some conditions, like specific medicines and promotional offers, we may offer same-day delivery. But this service is solely associated with your location. We hold the right to refuse. 

Delivery Cost

Depending on the location, the cost of shipment may vary as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: The cost of delivery will be estimated and shown during the checkout process. Please check carefully. Charges for bulk orders may be subject to weight or the number of units ordered.
  • International Delivery: For international shipments, any customs, duties, or taxes will be on your part. Please get in touch with our customer support team to assist you with these charges.

Packaging 

Your privacy matters to us. We pack all orders carefully in plain, discreet packaging to keep you protected. The content of your orders is securely concealed to maintain your confidentiality.

Order Tracking and Lost Order Follow-up

  • Tracking: You will receive a follow-up email once your order is dispatched, with a tracking number on it. This number will allow you to monitor the progress of your order. 
  • Lost Orders: If you did not receive an order within 28 days, please get in touch with our customer support team to track the shipment. We will investigate on our end. To avoid issues, please make sure to provide accurate contact and residential details. We will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect and incomplete information.

Delays and Delivery Issues

You have the margin to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Generally, it goes to dispatch within 24hours. If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately before it leaves.
