Our delivery policy

When you purchase your medication from our online pharmacy, you enjoy the benefit of having your purchase delivered to your chosen address. These are the terms and conditions online shoppers are urged to familiarise themselves with regarding our delivery policy.

When do I receive my purchase?

After purchasing your medication from our online platform, we work hard to ensure that your purchase is dispatched and packaged within twenty-four hours.

Delays might occur and, in some instances, are unavoidable. For instance, the delay in delivery might be on account of backlogs experienced at the post office or if we are experiencing higher than usual volumes of orders. However, if the delay is within our control, we will endeavour to expedite the process.

Our delivery times

Order Before 12 PM  to Next Day Delivery  Monday to Saturday. We are not able to make deliveries on public holidays or on Sunday.

Your delivery will normally take between 2 to 5 working days to be received. In certain instances, we do offer same day delivery, however this may apply only to a specific type of medication or during a special offer and be location-dependent. Upon receipt of a notification advising you that your purchase has been dispatched, the onus is on you to ensure that you or someone authorised at your address, is available at your indicated address to receive delivery of your purchase.

The cost of delivery

When you are ready to checkout your online purchase, the cost of delivery is calculated for you and will be displayed on your screen. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of medication purchased on our website.

Delivery costs in respect of bulk orders may be calculated according to weight/no of units but you may confirm on checkout.

We take the time to ensure that all purchases are delivered in packaging that conceals the contents thereof in order to preserve your privacy and secure your goods.

Who is liable to pay customs, duties and taxes?

International customers will be liable to pay customs, duties and taxes where applicable. For information regarding whether customs, duties and taxes are applicable, kindly contact customer care if you need assistance.

What happens if my order is lost?

Shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Order is delivered with 1 to 2 days. There may be some delay due to Gov holidays or issue in Royal Mail.
Once the order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email with the tracking number of that particular order. We are not responsible if your order is lost or not delivered by Royal Mail for some inconvenient reasons. If you have not received your order within 28 days from the date of dispatch, it is possible that your purchase might have been lost. In these circumstances, you are required to notify customer care and one of our consultants will conduct an inquiry. You will be required to furnish customer care with your address and contact details. The onus is on you to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that the information provided was inaccurate, we cannot be held liable for lost purchases. Kindly refer to our refund policy for additional information regarding the procedure to be followed in respect of lost orders for which a refund is required.
